What It Actually Is
Apple cider vinegar is made by fermenting apple juice, first into alcohol, then into acetic acid — the compound generally credited with ACV's potential effects.
What Research Generally Shows
Some studies have examined whether acetic acid may modestly affect post-meal blood glucose or feelings of fullness. Findings are limited and mixed, and should not be interpreted as proof that a gummy containing ACV produces the same effects as a liquid dose in a study.
The Honest Gap
BurnTide's label doesn't disclose how much of the 525mg blend is Apple Cider Vinegar specifically, so we can't compare it to research doses (which are often measured in full tablespoons of liquid vinegar).
